Responsibilities:
A.Human Resources is responsible for ensuring that all employment practices are non-discriminatory and in compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
B.Managers are responsible for ensuring that all activities within their areas of responsibility are conducted in a manner that complies with this policy.
C.Employees are responsible for reporting any instances of behavior that they believe to be discriminatory directly to the Human Resources Department. All reports will be investigated and responded to in a timely manner.
