                  •Comprehensive consultation before wedding to review wedding details and contracts

                  •Development of wedding party line-ups, timeline, and bridal party + vendor contact sheets

                  •Attend final meeting with caterer and walk through of venue

                  •Pre-Wedding Planning Tools

                  •Suggestions of Wedding Vendors

                  •Assisting with seating arrangements in alphabetical order and by table

                  •Confirm details with vendor the week-of

                  WEDDING DAY

                  •Attendance and management of rehearsal

                  •Assistance with set up of ceremony site

                  •Assistance with guest seating

                  •Distribution of personal flowers to appropriate parties

                  •Emergency Kit (hairspray, sewing, etc.)

                  •Help keep everyone on schedule

                  •Timing of the procession, bridal march, & recessional

                  •Maintaining list of desired formal pictures

                  •Assistance with set up at reception site (favors, guest books, menu cards, place cards, etc).

                  •Directing guests to restrooms, gift table, seats, etc.

                  •Stay until the end to ensure that the gifts are sent home safely
