What is F.I.T.T (Functional Interval Team Training)?

At o3 Health & Fitness, the unique structure of the groups of 10 to 20 people allows you to maximize the benefit of your program and take full advantage of their expert training staff. Each workout is designed to increase your functional strength, burn calories, reduce injuries, and boost your metabolism. These sessions are conducted in a circuit format using some type of timed intervals. The TEAM Training schedules are predetermined and do not require an appointment. Participation is UNLIMITED! You can attend as many sessions as you like!

TEAM Training is a perfect environment to meet other members in the gym. Begin each session with a demonstration and describe the workout before conducting the dynamic warm-up. Each session ends with a congratulations (high fives all around!) and a foam roller demo.

The F.I.T.T. Membership also includes all of the benefits of the Maintenance Membership and includes a health assessment upon joining.
