Retail value: $$14,880. Venting to a 1st level /basement level venting location. Utilizing existing zoning set up is intended. If additional zone valves or circulators are required it would be additional. Mechanical permit is included.

• Does not include removal of existing boiler and/or any asbestos from the system, if exists.
• Does not include the removal of an oil tank or a new oil tank if one is needed.
• Does not include the required electrical work or electrical permits.
• This system can be viewed at Restivo’s heating and a/c on their showroom floor as the auction is intended to the size of this specific system.
• Restivo’s will also back the system with a full 1 year labor warrantee
• winning bid cannot take the place or be combined with an existing contract to do work.
• This auction is intended specifically to the equipment listed and is currently on the showroom at Restivo’s heating and air conditioning. Quote does not include venting through a closet, roof, or through a finished area and is limited to a single wall penetration for venting. This quote also does not include any concrete cutting or drilling if requested.
• The boiler is considered to be a replacement of a natural gas boiler located in a basement. Installation locations other than those being located in a basement may have an added cost.
• The installation is to take place in Rhode Island. Any winning bid other than homes located in Rhode Island will also have added costs for installation and also risk the actual installation portion of this auction if distance and licensing does not fall into the territory for Restivo’s
• Additional gas piping or relocating the boiler is not included. This boiler is a wall mounted boiler and is to be tied into the existing piping of the existing heating system at the immediate location of the existing boiler. Extending piping to a wall location is not included.
• Winning bidders phone number will be immediately forwarded to Restivo’s so that Restivo’s can coordinate the work accordingly and schedule the work at the convenience of Restivo’s installation schedule. Immediate or emergency installations will not take any type of priority over Restivo’s existing work schedule.
• This boiler and indirect hot water heater currently also qualify for $1200 in total rebates from national grid/gas networks for 2019. If the rebate amount changes for 2020, Restivo’s is not responsible for any portion of payments or redeeming any rebate monies.
