CrossFit Northern Exposure is ready to help get your body moving! This 6-month membership includes acclimation and allows the individual to attend unlimited CrossFit classes during scheduled times. During these sessions they will receive coaching and assistance from our knowledgeable coaching staff.  Acclimation is an absolutely essential introduction to CrossFit that gradually exposes athletes to the movements and intensity with a "crawl, walk, run" approach.
