You get to choose the pieces and finishes in your bathroom. Elohim provides you with a price list with guidance and you pick out what you want! This package includes everything listed below. You are not limited to these choices. If you prefer to upgrade finishes, you are more than welcome to apply this $12,000.00 voucher toward your job and pay the difference. Standard 5’ x 8’ bathroom remodel includes:
- Standard tile for floor and wall including accent, borders, and base tile.
- Standard vanity faucets
- Standard tub/shower faucets
- Standard vanity to 36" wide with cultured marble top. Vanities come in 18” and 21" deep.
- Standard vanities are 30" high. Granite countertops and sinks are extra.
- Shower doors and installation are extra. Customers can select door styles at an added cost since prices vary greatly.
- Standard toilet - Kohler comfort height
- Standard tub, white or equivalent.
- Standard mirrored cabinet or mirror up to 36"
- Standard lights for vanity
- Standard fan replacement.
- Amenities (TP holder, towel rack, etc.)
Note: Standard package includes keeping the same “footprint” of existing utilities and walls.
Total Budget: $12,000.00
Voucher restrictions:
- For standard 5' x 8' bathroom remodel
- Voucher can be applied to bathroom upgrades outside of this basic package
- Cannot be combined with other offers
- No cash value.
