Voted Jacksonville's Best Brewpub for 2011.  We are a brewery, beer bar and restaurant.  Engine 15 Brewing Co has 50 continuously rotating craft beers on tap and over 200+ beers available. The beer selection is expertly chosen and always changing.!  We have the best beer selection of any bar in town!  Every Tuesday we host Trivia, Wednesdays are beer events/tasting, Thursdays we have Live Music - Happy Hour is 4-7pm daily.  There is always something great going on at The Engine!  We brew our own beer and you and can brew YOUR own beer as well.

The auction is for a Tier One Brew Session + 48 22oz bottles + tax.  You can choose from any of the following beers to brew (or upgrade to another tier for additional costs): Engine 15 Pale Ale, American Wheat, Nut Sack Brown Ale, Kolsch, Cream Ale, Porter.  On your brew day, plan to spend 3 to 3 ½ hours brewing and please be on time.  Our brew staff will take you through the process of selecting, weighing and preparing the ingredients for your beer, including malt, hops and other flavorings and ingredients that your recipe may call for.  Under the direction of the brew staff and according to your recipe, you will mix these ingredients in the brewkettle and brew your beer.  At the end of the brewing appointment, after you have pitched the yeast into your beer, the brew staff will place your fermenter into our climate controlled fermentation room at which time your brewing responsibilities will be done for the day.
