Southridge Athletic Club is your hometown gathering and fitness club celebrating over 30 years of serving the Milwaukee area health and fitness needs. Our experienced staff and personal trainers will keep you and your family motivated all year long. Our facility is widely renowned for it's racquet and handball sports courts, family activities, indoor fitness pool, great location, and fun atmosphere. There's no way to take "work" out of work-out, but we have everything you need to make it FUN! For the person primarily involved with working out, the Silver Membership gives members access to a wide variety of activities. As a Silver Club Family Member, you and one other adult from the same household will enjoy the following: unlimited access to our Cardiovascular Center, full access to our complete Circuit Training Center, full access to our Free Weight Center, Olympic-style indoor swimming pool, unlimited use of our co-ed whirlpool, daily towel and locker service, locker room amenities provided, sauna and/or steam room, personal fitness assessments and professional guidance, basketball, unlimited aerobics classes, 2 Aquacise classes per week and 2 Spin classes per week. You may also opt to use our pay-as-you-go amenities which include, but our not included in this membership, racquetball, handball, wallyball courts, sun tanning, supervised nursery, massage therapy and nutritional counseling.
