One year access to Gold's Gym and Ringside Fitness. Gold's Gym is a 98,000 square foot facility. We have 30,000 lbs. in free weights, over 100 pieces of cardio and strength equipment, and we offer tanning, childcare, racquetball, and group exercise classes. We also have a juice bar. The gym is equipped with a fully functional dressing area, including shower, steam room, and sauna. Located inside the gym you will also find Chiropractic and massage. We also have a seasonal outdoor pool. Ringside Fitness is located inside Gold's Gym. It provides top notch instruction in a class-structured setting focused on boxing, self defense, core, and cardio training. This is a fun, yet high intensity class, that can burn upwards of 1,000 calories per hour. Ringside classes are held Monday - Thursday 6am, 12noon, 6pm. Fridays at 6am and 6pm. Saturdays at 10am. Sundays at 10am.
