We are first and foremost about making your stay a wonderful & memorable experience. We love to roam the forest trails and share our love of horses and riding with those experienced or inexperienced. We thrive on nature and viewing it from the back of a horse is the best vantage point. Our farm is immediately adjacent to over 42,000 acres of prime, hilly, wooded, sandy horse trails. Deer, rabbit, turkey, tortoise, innumerable birds, and other species, are abundant. We do not have to transport our guests to the trails, our gate opens directly into the forest.
We can provide you with a unique and private experience. We have a very spacious and comfortable2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin, capable of sleeping up to 6 people. It has a full, well equipped kitchen, outdoor gas grill, central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, satellite TV and a 5 person, 128 jet Hot Tub/Jacuzzi on the full length porch. There is also a solar heated in ground swimming pool. You will not have to share facilities with any other guests. Your group will be the only guests present. You will be just feet from the Withlacoochee State Forest where you may see deer from the porch and hear the howling of coyotes in the distance. This could be a vacation where you mix the excitement of riding through the forest with peacefulness of country living. OR,

Aside from the Gulf of Mexico Beaches, we have within minutes of our door, hiking, bird watching, canoing, kayaking, swimming, snorkling and scuba diving opportunities. Championship golf is also available at World Woods Golf Resort. At the Chassahowitzka River, Crystal River and the Homosassa Rivers there are concessions to rent pontoon boats, kayaks and canoes. Manatee sightings are quite common, as are Ospreys, Pelicans, Eagles and Hawks and a large assortment of wading birds, such as snowy egrets and great blue herons as well as the endangered whooping crane. The Homosassa State Wildlife Park is well worth a visit. Fishing both salt and fresh water is available nearby. If you wish, we will arrange your riding schedule to accommodate your plans to visit other sites. We have the location for a very special Florida equestrian vacation. Florida is more than you thought. If you want an equestrian adventure, especially when it's too cold everywhere else, this is the place for you. During our peak season, from November to May, mornings are cool (50 degrees) while the days are warm and comfortable (70 degrees). During the summer season the temperature rarely tops 92 degrees with the forest being 15 to 20 degrees cooler.

For additional entertainment, within 75 minutes to the east you can be in Orlando, Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios. Go south 60 minutes and you are in Tampa, with Busch Gardens, Ybor City, Buccaneer Football, and Tampa Bay Lightning Hockey as well as the Dali Museum, Lowery Park Zoo and much more. Another 20 minutes and you are in St. Petersburg/Clearwater with over 20 miles of beautiful Gulf Beaches and resorts. Orlando and Tampa both offer International Airports with direct service to most US and European cities.

The Nature Coast of Florida in truly unlike the Florida you may know. This is not Miami. The only glitter you'll see out here at night will be millions of stars. The rolling hills, pristine forest and the diversity of animal life and crystal clear rivers make this area a nature lover's dream come true.

Cancellation of a stay and ride with more than 45 days notice, will result in a full refund of your deposit
Cancellation, with less than 45 days notice, will result in the application of your deposit to another stay and ride within one year at the then current rates.

We offer completely private riding
We are happy to reschedule any day ride on 48 hours or more notice, but we will not refund any prepaid ride
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice and no-shows may not be rescheduled and there will be no refunds
In the event, we cancel your ride due to weather which in our sole judgment makes riding unsafe or for other reasons beyond our control, you will be given a full refund.
