Personal training includes a personalized program with nutrition, goal setting, and body fat analysis. Each session also includes several types of workouts including pad technique, TRX training, kettle bell training, stability ball training, and kickboxing.
1. Plan on arriving 15-20 minutes before class. We will register you and give you an orientation of the punches and kicks we use during class.
2. Wear comfortable gym clothes (sweats, shorts, t-shirt and sneakers) and bring a bottle of water.
3. You will need to wear protective boxing or martial arts gloves. Gloves and wraps are included in your membership.
4. Class lasts 60 minutes. Be prepared to sweat and have the best -- and most fun -- workout ever!
