One-year dry stack slip for a boat less than 22 feet in length. A forklift is used to pick up the boat, set it on a launch trailer, launch it, and have it ready for you when you show up at the marina. When you are finished with the boat for the day/weekend, they recover the boat and put it back into the rack system.

Must pass inspection on: Hull/Superstructure Condition, Bilge Area, Stern Gland/Transom Seal, Drip Tray, Manual Bilge Pump, Auto Bilge Pump, Electric Start, Manual Start, General Engine Condition, Instruments, Navigation Lights, Boarding Ladder, Fire Extinguishers, Steering, and Buoyancy. Boat must also maintain insurance at all times on the vessel while docking at the Clemson Marina. If any section does not meet Clemson Marina inspection standards, you will be denied access to the marina. If you aren t sure whether your vessel will pass inspection, please call 864-653-6767 and have Clemson Marina inspect your boat prior to bidding.

Clemson Marina is conveniently located on Lake Hartwell in Clemson, South Carolina, just across from Clemson University, close enough to hear the roar of the crowds at Death Valley and Doug Kingsmore Stadium during football and baseball games whenever the Tigers score. Phase 1 of their renovation is almost complete, so they are already offering brand new custom covered dock slips with electricity and water, dry storage, trailer and PWC storage, fuel, pump-out, boat rentals, on-site Master Certified mechanic and detailing services, boatgating (tailgating on the lake), boat ramp and a ship’s store. And they recently opened a brand new outdoor dining restaurant, The Grill, with fantastic views of the lake and Clemson University's Death Valley. In future renovation phases, they will offer a campground with some of the best camp sites in the Upstate.
