This is a new 50x18 houseboat slip at 103 Tiger Trail on a new, concrete, golf cart accessible, gated, covered, and wave-attenuated docking system.

Must pass inspection on: Hull/Superstructure Condition, Bilge Area, Stern Gland/Transom Seal, Drip Tray, Manual Bilge Pump, Auto Bilge Pump, Electric Start, Manual Start, General Engine Condition, Instruments, Navigation Lights, Boarding Ladder, Fire Extinguishers, Steering, and Buoyancy. Boat must also maintain insurance at all times on the vessel while docking at the Clemson Marina. If any section does not meet Clemson Marina inspection standards, you will be denied access to the marina. If you aren't sure whether your vessel will pass inspection, please call 864-653-6767 and have Clemson Marina inspect your boat prior to bidding.

Clemson Marina is conveniently located on Lake Hartwell in Clemson, South Carolina, just across from Clemson University, close enough to hear the roar of the crowds at Death Valley and Doug Kingsmore Stadium during football and baseball games whenever the Tigers score.
