The all-inclusive rate includes use of our main event hall, use of a private lounge area (containing a dressing room, sitting area, private bath, and private entrance), use of a catering kitchen (equipped with a walk-in cooler and prep tables for your use all accessed via a private entrance), use of a food service area (equipped with a sink and pass-through window into the main room), a full bar (a cash bar would be included with up to 2 bartenders), as well as, tables/chairs, setup, and cleaning fees. 

This includes everything but the caterer.  

At our facility we try to give you full control of your event. You are welcome to use any service providers or vendors in our space that you'd like. You can even service your own event personally if you prefer. With that said, we've taken the time to work out many business-partnerships in the area to assist you should you need their services. We refer to this network of businesses as our Premier Vendor Network. You can find information about our Premier Vendors on our website by clicking the 'Vendor' tab or you will receive more information in your contract folder should you decide to use our venue for your special event. Our Premier Vendors offer special incentives to you for using them in our space. 

At Lincoln Springs it's our goal to provide you an excellent venue while letting the details come together just as you've always imagined. We achieve that goal by providing a beautiful, neutrally decorated space and not limiting who assists you with your event needs.
