Freedom Boat Club is a membership based boat club which is a movement in the boating industry. 

·         FBC members get unlimited access to a new fleet of fishing boats, deck boats and pontoon boats which we own and maintain. 

·         Members reserve the boat, show up at the dock and take off.

·         Reciprocal access to boats at more than 100 clubs around the country.

Here are the boats available in the fleet:

·         2016 Cobia 220 22' Center Console

·         2016 Key West 239 23' Dual Console

·         2016 Hurricane 21' Deck Boat

·         2016 Bennington 22' Tri-Toon Pontoon

Although membership boat clubs are new to Buffalo, FBC has been in business since 1989 and has over 10,000 members nationwide. This is a great club for someone looking to get into boating, or someone who wants to be on the water but doesn't want the work and expense that comes with boat ownership.  The other unique aspect about FBC is that there are 100 locations with more than 1000 boats around the US and Canada which can be accessed on a reciprocal basis at no extra cost. Members heading to Florida, Boston, San Diego or many spots in between can reserve a boat and enjoy the water at their favorite destination - a real bonus for Buffalo based snowbirds.  Like most clubs, there will be social events, parties and boating related seminars.  Freedom Boat Club of Buffalo is  located at Safe Harbor Marina on Fuhrmann Boulevard. 

**Please Read Prior to Bid**

• Can only be used by a new member, not an existing member.
• No pre-existing damage repairs or remodeling of any type not related to installation is included and, if discovered, could result in work stoppage (temporarily or permanently) and no refund will be offered. 
• All work will immediately stop if any asbestos is uncovered and such work will not be resumed until contractor is reasonably satisfied that all asbestos has been removed.
• Includes only materials listed above and not any unforeseen equipment/materials needed for installations.
• Does not include any permit fees or related permitting/inspection costs which must be paid for and arranged by homeowner.
• Auction Winner responsible for tax.  
• Auction Winner is solely responsible for permits, code requirements and third party approvals (including, without limitation, landlords and condo associations).
• Winner does not need to be located in Buffalo but must be located in Erie or Niagara Counties in NY State. Additional charges would apply outside of these counties – please contact vendor directly prior to bidding to confirm additional charges.
• Installation and delivery of materials and installation associated with the Auction shall be only to/at one address.  Auction Winner MAY NOT request installation or delivery to multiple addresses.

Fine Print:

• Entercom (Station, GetMyPERKS, BidonPERKS) reserves the right to require that the selected winner provide one or more documents to evidence eligibility and qualification (including, without limitation, deeds, tax records).  If the Eligible Home is a condominium, then the Auction Winner is solely responsible for research and obtaining any approvals from the homeowner’s associations (including, without limitation all costs and expenses associated with obtaining such approvals and authorizations).  
• Eligible Auction Winner may be required to have a standard homeowner’s insurance policy on the home before any work will commence at the home.  Entercom (Station, BidonPERKS, GetMyPERKS) or auction merchant may require proof of such policy. 
• In the event that Auction Winner intends to use for the benefit of a commercial enterprise/business or for installation services at a business location, winner must be the owner or principal or a decision-making employee of an Eligible Business.  An “Eligible Business” shall mean a company, product or service business (including, without limitation, a sole proprietorship) with operations in California (in addition to any delivery or installation geographic limitations described above).  Entercom (Station, BidonPERKS, GetMyPERKS)and / or Merchant reserves the right to require that the selected winner provide documents reasonably satisfactory to Entercom (Station, BidonPERKS, GetMyPERKS)(in its sole discretion) or merchant (in its sole discretion) to evidence eligibility and qualification pursuant to this paragraph. 
• Auction Winners will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the work, including, without limitation, those that involves installation and delivery and for dealing directly with all contractors.  Entercom (Station, BidonPERKS, GetMyPERKS) shall not be responsible for any work done by Merchant or their contractors. 
• Winner may be allowed to upgrade or purchase additional services not specifically listed in these official terms and conditions and must negotiate said purchased upgrades or additional services directly with the Participating Provider.  It is Winner’s sole responsibility for contracting and remitting payment for these additional services.  Entercom (Station, BidonPERKS, GetMyPERKS) has no liability to Winner or to the Participating Providers for the purchase of these upgrades or additional services.  Entercom (Station, BidonPERKS, GetMyPERKS) has no obligation whatsoever to Auction Winner for any such additional services or goods (of the failure of Participating Provider) to provide or adequately provide any such additional services or goods.  All such arrangements are made by the Auction Winner at their sole cost, expense and risk.
• With respect to any installations, like all work in an office or home, there is always the possibility of significant delays (due to delays in obtaining materials, supplies, third party contractors, etc…) before, during or after the construction of work and/or increased costs or time due to unforeseen circumstances or conditions.  Auction Winner understands and accepts any such risk of delay or increased costs in excess of the line item caps above.   Auction Winner understands and agrees that Entercom (Station, BidonPERKS, GetMyPERKS) and its sponsors are not responsible for any delays or increased costs, except with respect to a specific Participating Provider if the delay is due solely to its gross misconduct or gross negligence.
• BY PURCHASING AN ITEM IN THIS AUCTION, AUCTION WINNER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT HE/SHE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM WORK BEING CONDUCTED AT THEIR OFFICE OR IN THEIR HOME AND AGREES TO COMPLETELY RELEASE ENTERCOM (STATION, BIDONPERKS, GETMYPERKS)FROM ANY LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM THE DAMAGE OF ANY PROPERTY OR INJURY OF ANY PERSON IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE AUCTION ITEM AND THE WORK TO BE PERFORMED IN CONNECTION WITH THE AUCTION, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE.  THE FOREGOING SHALL NOT RELIEVE THE PARTICIPATING PROVIDERS AND THEIR CONTRACTORS PERFORMING ANY WORK AT THE HOME FROM ANY LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY OR OBLIGATION TO THE AUCTION WINNER OR OTHERS. 
• By purchasing an item in this Auction, Entercom (Station, BidonPERKS, GetMyPERKS) has not made and is not responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to products or services redeemed from the Auction, including without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, with the exception of any standard manufacturer’s warranty that may apply to any of the products or services received.

Voucher restrictions:

• Can only be used by a new member, not an existing member. Must be redeemed by 6-1-17. Winner must sign a membership agreement and conform to all membership rules. Cannot be redeemed for cash. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Sales tax not included and must be paid to vendor at time of redemption. Membership valid for 6 consecutive months
