- Regular service area includes Whatcom County, Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley
- Any events outside of this area will be subject to an additional travel fee depending on distance outside of regular service area
- Bookings are first come first served based on availability
- Booking must be made by December 31st 2017
- Blackout dates include September 28th-October 31st, and November 23rd-December 10th, 2017
