Designed to enhance the skills of the legally armed citizen, law enforcement officer, and military personnel who carry concealed handguns. Carrying a handgun concealed is a big responsibility and requires mastering techniques for safe handling and rapid deployment. 

Take this opportunity to learn about holders and related equipment and alternative methods of carry with varying clothing styles. You will also be given the opportunity to shoot from cover and concealment that may be encountered in the real world. 

This course is one day, for approximately three hours. 

Prerequisites: 

• CCW Course
• Basic understanding of handgun safety

Topics Covered:

• Drawing from concealment
• Firearms retention techniques
• Shooting while moving
• Shooting from cover and concealment
• Shooting from a seated position (automobile)
• Tactical reloading
• Safe movements and firearm positions

Required Gear:

• Handgun
• Two or more magazines for semi-auto
• Quality holster and magazine carriers (All holsters must completely cover the trigger; no cross draw, small of the back or shoulder rigs allowed)
• Quality belt (to ensure proper carry of holster)
• Recommend wearing pants versus shorts/skirts
• Shoes must be closed toe
• Ear and wrap around eye protection (rentals are available)
• Appropriate concealment garment (open front preferred, must completely conceal weapon)
• A pen and notepad for note taking
• Optional - Spare ammunition pouches, carrier or magazine holster

Ammunition requirements:

• 100 rounds of ammunition. Factory ammunition only. No reloads or hand loads.
• NO AMMUNITION IN CLASSROOM
