Infusion Brewing Co was founded in 2012 and opened its doors in the Benson neighborhood of Omaha in October of 2013. Since its opening the brewery has produced more than 50 creative beer styles that have been featured in its Tap Room and throughout the Omaha and Lincoln areas. The brewery is located in the historic home of the former Olson's Meat Market. Olson's operated in Benson for more than 60 years and now the building has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Due to increasing demand for there beers a production brewery opened in Southwest Omaha in May 2016 enabling Infusion to bottle there popular line up of beers as well as increase supplies of their draft beers through out the state of Nebraska. Infusion's lineup of beers include Vanilla Bean Blonde, Radial IPA and Dominican Brown Ale, as well as a full lineup of seasonal offerings.
