Whole-Body Cryotherapy is a cutting edge form of cold therapy scientifically proven to provide a wide array of physiological, and psychological benefits.  Here's how it works!  As you enter West Omaha Cryotherapy you will be greeted by one of our cryotherapy experts, who will  detail the process to you.  Once we have checked your blood pressure, it's time to change into your Cryo-Attire!  In your dressing room you will find gloves, socks, and slippers.  Once you have changed into the necessary attire, you can slip into one of our plush robes and you are ready to go!

Your tech will then notify you once it is your turn to experience Whole-Body Cryotherapy!  The Cryo-Sauna is first pre-cooled to -180° F.  Once pre-cooled, you're directed into the chamber, and your session begins!  The temperature of the air around you will be cooled via gasiform nitrogen to between -235° F to -250° F.
