CoolSculpting is effective in eliminating fat cells in targeted areas.  The treatment delivers controlled cooling that crystallizes (freezes) the fat cells and over time your body naturally eliminates them.  It requires no surgery and no down time. 

Once the fat cells are crystallized (frozen), the body naturally processes the fat and eliminates the cells.  Once the treated fat cells are gone, they are gone for good.

During your treatment, a gel pad and applicator are applied to the target area.  The applicator will 'vacuum' the area into the applicator cup.  A little discomfort  including tugging and pulling has been described but it only lasts a few minutes.  The applicator delivers controlled cooling to the target area to 'freeze' the fat cells.  During this one hour process, the client may catch up on emails, read, or enjoy a movie on a HD TV in the treatment room.   Some clients just take a quick nap.  After the treatment, the client resumes normal activities.  So, there's no down time.
