This beautiful yard shed is built by the very best Amish and Mennonite craftsman from Lancaster County.  The walls are constructed with full 2x4’s at 16” on center.  The roof truss is also at 16” on center, which is rare.  Most other shops spread their truss out to 24” on center.  Under the 30-year dimensional shingle is a 4-ply plywood roof sheathing.  We do not use particle board.  The sidewalls also feature full plywood sheathing under the vinyl siding. 

This structure is maintenance free.  The siding carriers a limited lifetime warranty straight from the manufacturer.  The full-view fiberglass doors really dress this structure up nicely.  All of the soffit and fascia is covered with coil stock.  The eaves have vented soffit for cool air intake.  Hot air exits through top vents.  There is also interior storage space with two 2’ x 8’ lofts on either end.

The heavy-duty floor of this structure is three layers thick with fully treated lumber.  The top layer is a ¾” premium treated plywood.

Free delivery within 50 miles of the Pittsburgh Airport area is included.  There is a nominal charge after 50 miles.  This structure is one that must be delivered into your yard as show.  It is not a build on site.  Access to the site with “mule delivery” is a must. Site preparation is not included in this bid.  We do offer a site prep service, or would be happy to tell you how if you wish to complete that yourself.
