As a cost and time efficient alternative to concrete replacement, concrete leveling eliminates unnecessary concrete production and installation. We replace earth with more stable earth, repairing concrete services in an environmentally responsible way.

When concrete slabs sink, it’s usually due to a void that has developed underneath that was caused by natural settling of the ground, some form of erosion or poor compaction.  The visual symptoms are obvious, you have a sinking or multiple sinking slabs.

One or two slabs that have sunk does not tell the entire story or reveal the bigger picture as to what may potentially be going on beneath the surface.  As you can see by the graphic, voids most often times reach far beyond the area that has visually sunk.  If left untreated the adjoining slabs could fall as well and the risk of cracking will be greater creating a situation where replacement may be the only and more expensive solution.

Replacement is approximately 50-70% more expensive than leveling.  Concrete leveling provides same day usage and a less messy alternative to replacement.  Concrete leveling will also allow for maintaining the current concrete slab(s) eliminating a less than desirable checkerboard look as newly poured concrete will never match existing concrete.

A1 Concrete Leveling provides an environmentally safe non-chemical based natural limestone grout that gets pressure injected underneath the sinking slab to fill the void re-establishing the base and then raise the sinking slab back to level.  A1 Concrete Leveling provides free estimates that can show you what it would take to resolve the visual symptom as well as provide a “Full Stabilization” treatment of your driveway.  Your concrete is a significant investment and our process will go a long way in protecting it.
