A 4-person membership to AMOS includes free admission to the museum for up to 4 people for a year from date of activation. Membership must be activated by January 1, 2020. Membership benefits also include discounts on birthday parties, early camp registration, gift shop discounts, and reciprocity with other ASTC museums and science centers. The Asheville Museum of Science (AMOS) is the center for expert STEM learning in WNC. AMOS strives to spark imagination and foster lifelong curiosity in the museum and through both in-house and outreach STEM education. These include field trips, in-school and after-school programs, intensive science camps, Saturday STEAM education, and involvement in city and county events that serve the community. AMOS also offers adult programming and partners with the many great organizations in the community regarding topics such as sustainability. A major goal is to increase scientific literacy.
