What you receive with Phase 1 (Discovery):

- My Power of Attorney with the IRS.  This means the IRS can't contact you.  They can't call and they can't send someone by your home or place of business.  All that contact will come through me.  This also means that I'll be getting copies of everything the IRS sends in the mail.

- My IRS Playbook, which is a report that condenses all of your IRS account information.  This report has a lot of relevant information about your account, such as if you're in the collection cycle, if any statutory notices have been issued, if you're eligible for a first-time abatement of penalties, et. all.

- Going through your financial information to determine what you may qualify for with the IRS.

- An in-depth case analysis of all your information to determine the next best course of action.  This includes discussing your eligibility for a properly structured installment agreement and the expected minimum monthly payment or your eligibility for an Offer in Compromise and how much you would expect to pay under the lump sum (Five payments or less) or period payment (24 payments) option.

What you receive with Phase 3 (Resolution):

- Based on the information and any decisions made from Phase 1,  this involves implementing a plan, negotiating with the IRS, and getting your problem solved!

Voucher restrictions:

• This includes just about everything to solve a tax problem
• This doesn't include Phase 2 (Compliance) which involves preparing any missing income tax returns
• Any additional services will be quoted at a separate rate
• This certificate will expire within one year of issuance.
