4 Guys and a Roof

This package includes: A representative from 4 Guys and A Roof will come to your home to inspect the life expectancy of your roof shingles. Must be a walkable roof or a roof with a pitch not to exceed 6/12. They will: Inspect the flashing & chimney and caulk and/or seal them if necessary; Replace up to 2 soil stack gaskets if necessary; Inspect all valleys to see if there's any damage or excessive wearing; Seal down up to 10 shingles/and or ridge caps that might be raised due to nail pops; Caulk and/or seal skylights if applicable; Provide a full email report to the customer after the inspection; If any repairs are needed beyond what's included in the roof maintenance package a written estimate will be provided as well.
