This package is for (3) hour-long sessions with Christy Helou Life Coach. You can arrange a time to meet virtually with Christy at a mutually beneficial time.

What is a life coaching session like? During the initial session, you will fill out forms then go over a few questions then address the issues/challenges you are facing. Christy will explain her approach, which is action-oriented leading to changes, then together you'll work on identifying the issues, starting with what you deem the highest priority.  In each session thereafter, you'll methodically deal with each issue together. If you find yourself gaining ground toward goals in your life, but maybe just can't quite get there or hit obstacles like relationships, self-esteem, weight and body image, or even grief. People who have a life coach are often successful in many areas of their life but they realize they could use a little extra guidance to help them identify and overcome difficult areas of change.
