18x36 inch gallery wrapped Paint Mosaic. Gallery wrapped is a canvas that has a 1.5-inch canvas side that doesn't need a frame. Paint Mosaic is a style of painting Chris Irwin created, which uses dried paint chips and pieces that are reapplied to the canvas. 

The Paint Mosaic is giving new birth to the old, wasted, and useless paint in art. It is a spiritual representation of one's life where we all have many parts or pieces that make each of our lives.

What we may think is useless become useful and beautiful. What was dark becomes light. What was painful now brings healing. What was full of tears becomes full of joy.

It is now a new creation, the old is gone, the new has come.

The Ocean Angel is made in this style. It is a little heaven on the beach. Created after the angel wing shell it is made here with the paint mosaics style as the feathery whites are touched with ocean blues and sandy browns.
