Shipping
How long do I have to pick up my item?


You will have up to 30 days to pick up your item from the time it was paid in full. You may pick it up in a gift certificate form from Clear Channel Lima and may need to take the certificate to the sponsor's location to receive your item. There will be no shipping cost, therefore there will be no shipping method of receiving items
Pick up information:

All items are to be picked up from the merchant within 90 days of purchase. Please refer to the item restrictions for specific pick-up information.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
1. California state law says you pay the sales tax when you pick up the item
2. All items are to be picked up directly from merchant and shipping/delivery of large items is on a per item basis.
3. All items are taxable
4. All items must be paid for within 48hours of purchase or you lose the items
5. You have 90 days to pick up your items from the merchant, otherwise it becomes the property of Clear Channel Communications
6. Disclaimer regarding errors/omissions - Buyer is liable

HOW DO I PICK UP MY ITEM?
Your item must be picked up & signed for in person - It will NOT be mailed. Items will be ready for pick-up beginning December 17, 2012 for 30 days. Any items not picked up by January 11, 2012 will be forfeited. Neither Clear Channel nor the participating auction business you purchased are responsible for lost certificates/vouchers.

What does Neofill Ship?
Neofill will ship custom certificates to all winners at no additional charge to the auction host.
How much does shipping cost?
Although shipping the custom certificates is free to the auction host, customers will be billed based on the retail value of their item and carrier assigned.
